Hey everyone, yah since its not posted yet i thought id put up that Music For Darfur is happening for the second time, because of the sucess from the first one. This one will b a 2 night event. Acoustic performances the first night and electric the second. Some of the bands that are already on the bil are

Exit West
Xs For Eyes
Amelia
Bitter Morning
SOS
Nolan Raynak
and more

its gonna be a good 2 nights and for a noble cause some come on out to First Church United (corner of Brock and Ford) and help support saving lives.

Yah man should be sweet. So far the line up we have is:
Nolan Raynak - Vocals
Lucas Augustyn - Backup Vocals / Guitar
Conner Harris - Backup Vocals/ Guitar
Dave Miggliazza (Miggz) - Backup Vocals/ Bass? <-- now part of Bitter Morning Acoustic
Brendon Beaudoin (Geebawk) - Bass
\and sorry for forgeting your name... actually i wasnt told it but we have a pretty solid drummer in line to do it. It sould be pretty sweet. Hopefully if it goes well Bitter Morning will b doing more shows electric.

Unfortunately Miggz is out of the country for the show, so we got Ending Infinity's Geebawk to play bass, although its unconfirmed. Ill post up once it is.

Sooth will no longer be able to perform on the 4th, since I will be playing a few songs with AVS at the Choke show

Thats kinda shitty to hear in respect for MFD. Was lookin forward to hearing Sooth again. Although my head might actually explode from awesomeness if i listen to it to much. So in a way i kinda had my life spared

SOS has dropped out because of illness, we are sad to hear this, for they were one of the first bands to agree to play at both Music for Darfur shows. however, this night is still going to kick major ass!

Two questions...
1. Why isn't this at Kilroys again?
2. Is this being led by the same band as last time (the one with the bald singer/guitarist)?

I dont think it was at kilroys last time. And there diffinetly wasnt a bald singer or guitarist. Its all youth stuff. who knows, the next one might be at kilroys if there is a strong intrest in it. The attendance for this churchs coffeehouses and special events have always increased.

Perhaps you're thinking of Kilroy's Unplugged?  If so, it will be happening again:
