Hey Everyone

Here's a quick tutorial on how to upload your events, posters & photos to TBshows.com. This process is open to promoters, venues, bands and anyone else running shows.

UPLOADING AN EVENT:
1 - Go to www.tbshows.com. Click SHOWS on the menu bar. A drop down menu will appear. Click ADD SHOW.

2 - Fill in the following fields:

~HEADING (This will become part of the URL for your show).
~ DATE (Date of your event).
~ TIME (Time doors open).
~ VENUE (Select from the list of venues. If your venue is not listed, select OTHER and an OTHER VENUE field will appear. Fill in the venue name & address).
~ ALL AGES (Select YES for all ages, or NO for 19+).
~ PRICE (Select price or price range).
~ BANDS (List bands performing - one per line....double spacing not required).
~ MORE DETAILS (List whatever other info you feel is necessary).
~ PROMOTER DETAILS (Include contact name / email / number - this info will only be visible to TBshows admins and will NOT become viewed by the public).

3 - Click ADD SHOW at the bottom of the page.

From there the show is sent to our administrators who will review the info for accuracy and filter out any spam. If the show checks out, it is posted to the homepage of TBshows.com. This process can take up to 24 hours, but usually much less.

NOTE - Events on TBshows must feature live musical performances - events with only "playlist / jukebox DJs" will be removed. (Some exceptions apply).


UPLOADING POSTERS: Go to www.tbshows.com and search for your show using the search bar at the top of the front page. Searching by band names is usually the quickest. Click on your show in the search results. Your post will appear with an ADD A POSTER tab. Click it. Another tab will appear at the top. Click CHOOSE FILE, select your graphic, and then ADD SHOW just below. Posters should be in either .JPG, .GIF or .BMP format. Other formats may not be compatible.

NOTE - Posters must include, at minimum the date of the show, the venue of the show and at least 1 performer. Posters that do not include this info will be deleted.


UPLOADING PHOTOS: Do a search under previous shows. Find the show you'd like to upload photos to and click on it. Similarly to uploading a poster, click the ADD A POSTER tab, then the CHOOSE FILE. Select your photo and then ADD. To upload multiple photos, click ADD ANOTHER UPLOAD SLOT before clicking ADD.

NOTE - TBshows reserves the right to deny or delete any content from any event posted on our site.
