I'd just like to throw in the fact that verbal agreements involving money are legally binding contracts, whether you call it a guarantee or not.

Yup, I agree it is.

And yes Amelia did get paid for when they played.

anyways, i m done with all this.  Don t have the time or the inclination. Sorry if my previous post was a bit harsh.

And comparing draws at Kilroys to Jack? Hell, I'd pick Jacks over Kilroy's any night regardless of who's playing. Kilroys is not a welcoming place anymore, the stage equipment is haggered, and it just feels like a dark empty hole when you walk in.

Kilroys is open to the public, serves alcohol, has a sound system, and can have music any night of the week.  Jacks is not open to the public, does not have a liquor license, has a bunch of wires where the sound system used to be, and has a condition on the lease of the premises that they cannot make any sort of noise that would disturb the upstairs tenants.  No comparison in my opinion.

Unfortunately, even with all those points against, I'd still rather hang out in the quiet emptiness of Jacks than Kilroys.

Kilroys makes me want to kill myself.  The air in Kilroys is rank with sadness and misery.

Oh man, I should have posted this earlier.  Stephen and I gave Jean-Luc a nice little call after TOC was fucked around some time last year.  ANYWAYS check it out, it's pretty funny and at least worth it to hear JL promise he's the shittiest show promoter in town.

Pretty sure that vid could potentially get you in shit. Based on the topic of convo, you portrayed Collin Lewis from The Agency Group.

Based on topic of conversation.... if he was selling cattle from manitoba as a collin lewis. your point is valid. but were talking bout a huge figure in entertainment in canada. pretty sure he is associated with stereos, therefore, the portrayal was evident. swing the hair outta your eyes, pretty easy connection.
